University Event Services works with university departments, student organizations and community entities eager for meeting and event spaces.
We support events on campus with space rentals, setup/teardown, equipment rentals, staffing and on-site services. We are servant leaders, here to help you make your next on-campus function a success.

Our commencement team prepares, organizes and directs the GCU commencement ceremonies throughout the school year.

Event Team
The event team assists in coordinating all meetings and events that take place on campus. We are your “go-to” team and strive to provide you with a great overall experience. We prepare, plan, set up, tear down and manage all event elements and logistics, including catering, marketing and audiovisual equipment.

Global Credit Union Arena
Global Credit Union Arena hosts more than 300 events annually, ranging from athletics, concerts, worship services and other scheduled community and GCU events. This multi-use facility is also home to several dining options, concession stands and one of several Lope Shops located in and around campus.
