Network Port Troubleshooting

Here's the information we need to get that setup for you:

1. Your name and a Phone Number to reach you at.
2. Your Building Name (Building Number too, if known).
   
   
3. Which side of the dorm? (Left, Right, or Middle)
4. Your Room Number.
5. The Port Number to Enable (See below):

Port Info

This is what the ports should look like in all the bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you live in the Grove, then make sure to include the Directional Location (NW, NE...) that is included in with the Port Number (Ex. 3NW219.1)

Access Point Info

This is the Access Point that is in most of the living rooms.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you live in the Grove, then make sure to include the Directional Location (NW, NE...) that is included in with the Port Number (Ex. 3NW219.1).

With all of the above information, we should be able to get your Ethernet Port activated as soon as we are available to!

Please allow more time for the Access Points to be activated as your request will have to go through a couple departments.
